quality eggshelpful staff
the hotel breakfast offered many choices it included high-quality poached eggs and avocado on sourdough. the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay
the soundproof windows worked well yet some road noise was still audible

The hotel has a good location. The building itself is quite fine. Staff members were friendly. A train station is nearby.
My room lacked a bedside table. The toilet was not thoroughly cleaned. I noticed dirt under the rim of the toilet seat. I could see paint peeling above the window. The window blind lacked ties, so it could not stay open.

a very well appointed hotel

i asked for a quiet room and that is what i got. the bed was very comfy and the blackout curtains helped me sleep well. i liked the bathroom and the toiletries. also, i loved the huge television at the end of the bed.
The sink was tiny and not useable for much. there was no water glass in the room.

Breakfast was nice. Everything was very well presented. there were many good restaurants and cafes nearby the hotel, providing several options for meals. the hotel is located near many facilities.

the staff was friendly and helpful . i appreciated the manager, he was excellent and professional. the service was very well executed. it was quick and prompt.

The hotel is beautifully maintained and very well appointed. christmas decorations were amazing. I enjoyed the festive atmosphere. the location in central richmond is convenient to many different shops and restaurants.

the bathroom had good showers. the rooms were generally well equipped. my room had a heated bathroom floor and that was something i really loved. the tv was huge.
