the hotel location is great, very close to the docks. i liked the validated parking at kings dock, it cost twelve pounds for twenty-four hours. the room had a river view. the hotel has friendly staff. the bed felt very comfy and the waterfall shower was relaxing.

the tea and coffee in room had limited supplies, i needed to ask for more.

breakfast offered a good variety. i always tend to overeat with the buffet style breakfast, it is lots of choice. the food and drink options seemed excellent, i did not have any issues.

The hotel validated parking at Kings Dock car park for £12 per 24 hours. I found this to be a good deal and it was only a short walk to the hotel. The location was convenient for accessing local attractions. I walked to both Albert Dock and the Baltic Market.

The room I got offered initially was an accessible room. The shower room floor was uneven, and water ran away from the plug. This created a very wet and slippery surface. Tea and coffee supplies were poorly stocked. I had to request more.
