I found the room to be spacious and well kept. It featured comfortable seating and a functional desk for work. The bed was great. (I appreciated the extra pillows.) Breakfast included a wide selection of pastries and hot buffet options. The spa facilities included both indoor and outdoor jacuzzis. There was also a well-equipped gym.

The drink selection was slightly limited with vouchers.

the location suited exploring wirral i enjoyed walking into the main village the hotel was clean the room offered a large comfortable bed and a nice bathroom with good toiletries i liked the smart television in the room we used the coffee machine too. the staff were kind helpful and attentive they met dietary requirements and allergies during dinner and breakfast i felt welcomed. our package included dinner breakfast and spa access which stayed open late the spa facilities and thermal experiences worked well. the food and drinks at the terrace were high quality the lawns restaurant presented excellent seasonal produce.

I found attentive staff in the hotel, dining areas, and the spa. everywhere was very clean. The rooms had a nice decor and perfect size (for me!). the grounds were beautifully kept and looked fine.

i found no paperwork to show what i had actually paid for. this caused a bit of initial stress at check-in.

It was well equipped with lots of machines I could choose from and it had plenty of classes I could join. Reception staff were friendly and my room was beautiful. I treated myself to the full spa experience and relaxed in the outdoor hot tub.

I encountered issues ordering room service as I could not get through at all. It took fifteen minutes for my phone to be answered when I tried to ring the hotel. The bath shower was too hot and the duty manager had to be called as it was a maintenance issue.
