I attended a christmas party night on december 21st, 2024. It did not meet expectations. The tables were too crowded. struggled to eat comfortably. A staff member's behaviour was unprofessional when handling cutlery and desserts. The room's lighting made the food appear unappealing.

the room was spacious and clean.

The christmas party night i attended was disappointing , especially with the overcrowding at tables , this made it difficult for everyone to eat comfortably. one staff member's behaviour was unprofessional. They used my cutlery for another guest instead of providing fresh utensils. the lighting made the food look unappealing , so the evening wasn't great and we left early.

Underwhelming Stay with Numerous Issues

overcooked steakpoor food

The steak at the Palm Court restaurant was overcooked. I ordered it medium rare, but it arrived very well done. Our cocktails also didn't match the descriptions on the menu!!! The breakfast was a buffet, which I found subpar for a hotel of this supposed caliber. The food quality was poor, with cheap sausages and basic bread. I was expecting something better for the price.
