Decent stay at the hall

friendly staffhelpful stafflacking attentionfaulty curtains
The staff was very polite. They were helpful at all times. I enjoyed the pool. The dinner was good. The reception staff were friendly. They were helpful too!!!
The attention to detail is lacking. The curtains did not shut completely. This was not good when the outside spotlights were lighting up the building on that window. Breakfast was okay.

amazing treatmentwonderful staff
The spa was a haven of relaxation. Chloe gave me a back massage. a frangipani foot treatment and I actually fell asleep.
The light in the tea and coffee cupboard didn't come on automatically, so I needed my partner to flick the switch.

The air conditioning in my room was broken. Dirty glasses and slow service detracted from the dining experience. The food quality was poor. I witnessed other customers returning dishes, unacceptable.

The dog treats and bowls in the room was a great bonus. The room had good accessible facilities. The decor was unique, I enjoyed the hotel's fine look.
The curtains didn't shut completely and the outside spot lights were on that window. A mirror above the desk would been useful for do my hair. The cocktails are from a ready made mix, I didn't like that.
