The staff were very helpful. I found them always ready to assist with directions or any queries I had. My room had excellent bedding that ensured I got a restful night's sleep. The hotel's central location meant that I could easily walk to the main shopping areas and restaurants.
The shower temperature was difficult to regulate. It swung quickly between very hot and cold, a bit annoying.

The location was convenient for my business needs, really convenient! I requested and received a room facing the city. It was just AS I ASKED. Internet access was free, this allowed me to get some work done from my room. The complimentary drink vouchers from the front desk were a PLUS.
The room seemed dark! This made it a little difficult to read in the evenings.

The location IS superb. A short walk took me right to the town center. Breakfast had SO many choices. I was especially pleased with the modern design. Parking across the street was convenient, i got a great discount.
The bathroom extractor fan ran constantly. It felt a little outdated.
