superb stay!
customer service clean hotel clean pool nice food
Emma at the front desk provided great customer service. She was very polite and helpful. the hotel was clean, and the staff was lovely. the pool area was clean too. i appreciated the nice food and drinks available.
The hotel is very big. Many people go in and out.

a mixed stay, some issues noted
slow service chaotic breakfast
the restaurant service was quite slow. i felt some staff needed more training in customer interaction (they seemed a bit robotic). breakfast felt chaotic. i ended up setting my own table and struggled to find clean cutlery.

I got a super room upgrade at check-in and complimentary breakfast, it was such a fab surprise. the staff were really lovely, super friendly, and always happy to help. That definitely. i also found the bed comfy, it gave me the best sleep i have had in a hotel recently. the room was clean and a good size. That added to how much i enjoyed my stay.
i did notice a little mould in the bathroom, the hotel probably needs refurbishment in the bathrooms

the executive super king room provided ample space and comfort. the room included a large comfortable bed and very clean surfaces. attention to detail with perfectly arranged toiletries, i liked that.

breakfast included a decent buffet with a good choice. the marco pierre white restaurant offered a set menu between 6 pm and 7 pm with great value. there were also food options like pizzas and burgers in the triumph bar.

the hotel included a pool, steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi. the gym was also available with multiple workout options, it was great. free parking was available and easy to access plus wi-fi helped me get some work done.

the front desk team demonstrated really good hospitality. housekeeping maintained perfect cleanliness, surfaces were gleaming, and linens were fresh. attentiveness from all staff was really notable, and i felt they were very professional. special shout out for annmarie & lizzie manager!!
