The reception staff greeted us warmly and gave a tour of the hotel to our room. I found the room to be spacious. It had a wet room, copper bath near the bed and a seating area. We enjoyed drinks in the secret garden and felt totally relaxed.
The hotel is somewhat stuck in the mid-2000s fashion. The hotel is dark and tired in some areas. I noticed that the hotel had no fruit salad for breakfast.

I had a genuinely lovely stay. The hotel reception staff greeted me upon arrival. They provided a tour of the hotel and showed me to my room. The outdoor seating areas in the hotel grounds are each unique.
The drink selection was not very diverse. I was offered only two lagers, one of which was Fosters. The room I booked was not at the main building. I had to walk up the road to get there, which could be difficult in bad weather. There was no door to the toilet in my room. This meant my partner could hear everything.

i had a tour of the hotel and my room looked amazing. the staff took decorations for my partner's 30th birthday before we arrived. the staff were all very friendly.
the room could use a little better cleaning but it was okay.

The grounds are gorgeous, with beautiful gardens creating a tranquil escape. Our Decadent room featured luxurious decor and individual style, offering a unique touch. I loved the on-site Thai restaurant, a cozy spot that served AMAZING food at reasonable prices!!!
I found that the air conditioning in the room was not functioning optimally.

The location allowed for a feeling of complete escape while still being accessible and providing the atmosphere of a secluded getaway for my surprise trip. The hotel grounds are beautiful, and the decor transports you to a Thailand getaway. The location is perfect for couples. I seemed like I could have been overseas.

The decor had an interesting individuality. We also loved the hospitality. The Thai food was AMAZING!!! It was probably the best Thai food I have ever eaten.
The holding deposit took a few days to be credited back, but that was a very minor inconvenience.

The staff welcomed us with a quick tour around the hotel. The bar staff were very friendly, and the waiter and waitress provided excellent and attentive service. The staff's friendly attitude really elevated the whole visit.
