The spa facilities are world-class. They were beautifully designed, everything was super clean, and VERY relaxing. The treatments left us feeling completely restored. The service throughout the hotel was great.
The thermal pool was too cold. I was told they were warming it up. After waiting for hours with no change, they said it was the normal range.
