the location was convenient, it made getting around easy.
the room was quite cold i couldnt adjust the temperature myself. i had to call the front desk to get it adjusted manually, it was unexpected.

The room was well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The spa area was clean and quiet. I had free drinks and nibbles in the executive lounge, served by Manikant and Dhinani. The food was nice and the shower was also good.
The hotel hallways were dark and gloomy. The doors to every room were covered in finger prints. I also noticed that the doors were beat up.

I really enjoyed the fast, efficient service at reception, such a treat! tamara and cheraf at the breakfast restaurant made our mornings extra special with their friendliness. getting upgraded to the exclusive executive lounge was a super surprise. Dhwani provided amazing service. there were lots of delicious drinks, food, and fruit, it was good.
i did have a small issue when i checked in. a deposit was charged, and i had to follow up to get it refunded. it took a little longer than expected, but it was eventually sorted out.

the hotel's location provides very easy access to the city. tube, train, and bus connections are nearby. access to local attractions is very simple with this great placement.

the beautiful king room included comfy beds and pillows. a wonderful team member were really nice too create a beautiful romantic setup. the bathroom looked spacious and elegantly designed, very pleasing to the eye.

dhwani, my waitress in the executive lounge, was polite. She was helpful and friendly. The reception staff and doorman were attentive. They were friendly and warm. The staff all smiled and did their best to make sure i was happy and comfortable.

the staff ensured prompt service at the front desk. the concierge quickly addressed all requests. i found them to be very professional and eager to help with directions and recommendations.
