The air conditioning initially did NOT function , so the room became uncomfortably warm. Maintenance eventually started it, but it was SO loud. I had difficulty sleeping because of the noise. The bathroom is QUITE cramped. The door opens inward. The floor covering in the bathroom was worn with plastic tiles starting to come loose.

This hotel was lovely. Destiny at reception was very helpful with my anniversary celebration. Mert and Vlad from the bar gave us excellent service. Their attention.
The sink in the bathroom looked dirty in places, i did notice. The pillows were also too firm for my taste, but i still managed a good sleep.

The hotel spa has a pool and also a sauna. I saw a steam room there too. This are all very pleasant amenities for a relaxing stay. I think it's a really good thing.

The hotel is close to Covent Garden, Leicester Square and the river. It's easy to get here from Heathrow via the Piccadilly Line. The staff was great. The location is perfect. I'll stay here again.
My bathroom had dirty towels in the shower. I alerted reception and they said the room would be cleaned. The room was not cleaned later that night. The key card didn't work and the room was already occupied.

the hotel provided complimentary cupcakes upon arrival. a nespresso machine was available within the room, allowing me to brew coffee easily. i found this very nice. the check in was quick and i was met with a polite greeting.
i noticed only a shower, the hotel lacked a bathtub.
