warm welcome delicious dinner expansive car park peaceful location

the welcome i received was warm. the dinner menu presented varied options, each dish arriving hot and delicious. breakfast was equally pleasing, a good spread with ample choices. the car park is expansive. the location set away from the road feels very peaceful.

the pool temperature was a little cooler than i anticipated. spa members mentioned it, and i noticed it during my swim.

staff were wonderfully friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. they created a genuinely cute atmosphere. their professionalism ensured a care-free experience, especially during the dining.

I enjoyed a fantastic massage and body scrub from Melissa at the spa (she was very attentive). The staff were wonderfully helpful and professional throughout the hotel. The grounds are beautiful and meticulously maintained.

A Relaxed Stay

helpful staff private patio mobility issues broken heating

The staff was polite and helpful. Young employees were happy to have friendly conversations with us. We had a Ground Floor Superior Twin Family Room (it suited our needs very well) that had 2 Queen size beds and patio doors to a private patio. We enjoyed sitting outside until midnight.

I emailed the hotel twice asking for adjacent rooms with my friend, as we both have mobility issues. Upon arrival, I was told this wasn't possible. We were allocated rooms in different wings on different floors. The heating in my room turned itself off after 5 minutes, so I kept turning it back on manually.
