i stayed just one night near st james park tube station. i received a lovely upgrade to a bigger room. the hotel featured beautiful building collection. the location provided easy access to nearby attractions and transport, so everything was very convenient.
the tv kept restarting, so i couldn't watch it properly, it was a very small issue.

The room upgrade was nice. It gave us more space than expected. the staff seemed quite attentive, always ready to assist. the hotel's proximity to transportation options, like train stations, was also a plus.
the bellman was slow to deliver luggage after i checked in. i had to retrieve it myself from the luggage room. some areas of the room seemed like they needed updating, like stained carpets and walls.

attentive staff great location quick check
The staff was very attentive, especially at the restaurant where Fatima and Kailash provided really good assistance. I appreciated their help. The hotel's location is great, especially if you are vegetarian, as there are many options nearby. Check-in was quick and efficient. I was in my room in no time.
I noticed the room service food took a considerable amount of time to arrive.
