okay stay WITH Unique Decor
amazing staff helpful receptionist dark room broken shower
the reception staff were amazing , lovely and helpful. THE ladies offered a warm welcome and were very friendly. I really valued their support.
the room was quite dark. TWO lights in the bathroom did not work , this made it very dingy. i realized the shower head was completely broken , therefore i could not shower before dinner.

helpful staff excellent food
I found the staff helpful. Annabelle REALLY took care of us. Nothing seemed too much. The service was great, and the Thai restaurant served EXCELLENT food. The room itself was amazing!

flawless stay helpful staff good breakfast dark room automatic light stained sink
the staff ensured a flawless stay i found the room service spot on. breakfast was good with beautiful surroundings in the restaurants. reception super nice team too.
the room was terribly dark i found no doorway between the bathroom area and the bedroom. automatic lights woke us both up when someone used the bathroom during the night. i noticed the sinks were stained.

Underwhelming Decor and Service
The free parking at this hotel was convenient.
The room I booked was not excellent at all. It had multiple defects like damaged chairs and mirrored ceiling, also bathroom tiles were repaired with duct tape. This posed a safety concern, and the overall cleanliness was questionable. The bath had hairs.
