nice highlight elegant restaurant

I was impressed with the personalized service i received. The doormen were ready to assist. the free upgrade for my parents was a nice highlight. It enhanced their celebration considerably. the breakfast was served in an elegant restaurant. The setting elevated the entire experience.

Really good Service and Prime Location

The staff extended a warm welcome. John gave me a tour of the dining areas and bar. He shared insights about the palace history and the hotel's royal connection. I later enjoyed a very nice dinner in the English Grill.

The room had a window fully covered with plastic ivy to block an unpleasant view. This was disappointing because the window view was a feature I thought I was paying for. They offered another similar room but wanted more money...

The hotel sits close to Victoria Station and a brief walk gets you to the city. Several pubs are just around the corner including the phoenix pub... Breakfast ensures a perfect start. Tours can be set up by the concierge.

The staff was indeed friendly and attended to things promptly. I had a personalized note with a treat, it celebrated Wimbledon. The location is good for bus and underground services and is very professional.

The bathroom had a slippery floor when wet. There are no instructions for coffee machine or TV. Breakfast looked ridiculously expensive and the chair was too big for the room.
