The hotel's proximity to the park was convenient. It made it easy to access the attractions.

The room was not properly serviced on one day. I found the empty water bottles left beside the bed. The dirty teacup remained, and the empty tissue box was still empty. DISAPPOINTINGLY, I learned that the complimentary water bottles were only provided once .

The mini bar lacked expected items. I only found two water bottles. housekeeping didn't replenish towels, toilet paper, or water bottles. even the hotel new york replenishes water daily. The lack seemed odd for a so-called 5-star experience.

The hotel's proximity to the Disneyland Park is fantastic! I could easily walk to and from the park. The staff was helpful upon arrival, directing me to the park entrance. The room was spacious. It accommodated my family comfortably.

The check-in process was disorganized. I waited nearly an hour to get my room key. The mini bar had very limited options. It included only one bottle of water and a small juice.
