missing items unreplenished water bottles

the location provided easy access to the parks.

The mini bar lacked expected items. I only found two water bottles. housekeeping didn't replenish towels, toilet paper, or water bottles. even the hotel new york replenishes water daily. The lack seemed odd for a so-called 5-star experience.

Acceptable Stay Near the Parks

park proximity helpful staff spacious room disorganized check-in limited options long queue

The hotel's proximity to the Disneyland Park is fantastic! I could easily walk to and from the park. The staff was helpful upon arrival, directing me to the park entrance. The room was spacious. It accommodated my family comfortably.

The check-in process was disorganized. I waited nearly an hour to get my room key. The mini bar had very limited options. It included only one bottle of water and a small juice.
