a few issues detracted from the experience
stuck shower valve stuck net curtains
I was quite disappointed with a few aspects. the shower valve was stuck. It was scalding. it would be dangerous for children. also, the net curtains were stuck closed in my sea view room, so i could not open them fully. it was utterly ridiculous in a seafront hotel.

pool issues cold attitude
the room was clean. all staff encountered were respectful.
The pool seemed to have issues. the pool was full of children having swimming lessons. the hot tub was also full of guests. I could not use the bread and oil i ordered since other dinners had to be served first. duty manager lilly had a very cold attitude.

the location was convenient, especially since i wanted to be close to the sea. breakfast offered many choices, including a full english breakfast. the room, a beautiful double room, was spacious with a lovely bathtub (it was a huge plus, actually).

Excellent Seaside Stay
seaside view breakfast choice drink menu
The room was clean and the seaside view was directly visible from my window. The breakfast buffet offered many choices, including pastries and fruit. I enjoyed the hotel bar with its extensive drink menu and relaxed atmosphere. I also appreciated that parking was available on-site without additional charge.
The gym equipment looked somewhat outdated and a treadmill was out of service.

The staff was helpful at check-in, quickly addressing my queries and providing clear directions. I found them to be responsive to my needs and they consistently offered assistance , which I found valuable.

The breakfast included several hot options such as bacon and eggs, and a variety of cold items. I was able to enjoy a good meal and had many options to choose from. This added to the start of each day. The restaurant offered a diverse dinner menu.
