superb hotel stay

efficient service warm welcome helpful staff
i found the breakfast service very efficient. estelita remembered me from a previous visit, it. ivan, at reception, was especially helpful. the room was cleaned twice daily and always felt fresh.
The minibar policy was somewhat restrictive. I couldn't store personal items like water. it would be beneficial to have a separate small fridge. this small inconvenience affected my overall experience, though minimally.

the hotel is near various points of interest including soho, nice for easy walking access to many places. public transport links are very close, providing convenient options for traveling around the area. it is a central location.

the hotel offers a variety of freshly cooked breakfast items that can be ordered. coffee is of high quality, it enhanced my morning experience. avocado toast is a highly recommended breakfast option and is well prepared.

friendly staff efficient staff convenient location good room size private road dirty lane small bathroom difficult shower
the staff were friendly and efficient. the hotel location is very convenient, close to the underground. the room size was good for this area.
the entrance is off the street and down a private road. one way is from a main road and the other is from a dirty lane. i found the bathroom very small and showering difficult.
