the executive twin room lounge access was a great choice. the room itself felt spacious and well maintained. i found the lounge access to be a worthwhile perk. it provided a relaxing space with complimentary snacks and drinks throughout the day.

i experienced a minor inconvenience . the gym equipment needed some maintenance. a treadmill was out of service and a weight machine had a loose cable.

The bus connection from Terminal 5 was very easy. I enjoyed walking around the well maintained lawns near the hotel. Front desk service was quick.

The hotel charged a parking fee to use the Tesla supercharger. This seems unusual given the chargers are open to all EVs. I consider it an inconvenience.

I was disappointed with a few things . My room was not ready when I arrived, even though I got there after the stated check-in time. The receptionist didn't seem to know when it would be ready and didn't offer any alternatives. the fitness center was closed, a real letdown as I wanted to use it.
