Excellent stay near the underground

convenient location comfortable room helpful staff

The location proved perfect. It was very close to an underground station. The room was comfortable, too. I found the staff consistently helpful and kind .

The pillows were not quite to my liking.

The receptionist kindly upgraded my room. This included a complimentary glass of champagne at the rooftop bar. I was given useful directions to nearby attractions. The staff offered prompt assistance when I needed it.

Acceptable, but Not Flawless

faulty panel bathroom tv

My stay had issues. The light control panel beside the bed did not work. I could not turn lights on or off with it, despite reporting it. The hotel did not repair it . A non-functional TV in the bathroom was also disappointing. These issues detracted from my experience, especially considering the cost.

flooded bathroom floor slow service

the room looked nice, and the bed was comfortable enough.

I had issues with the shower. no matter how careful i was, using the shower flooded the bathroom floor. it created a mess. service in the rooftop bar was slow too. It took ages to get a drink.
