a cliffside gem!

spacious suite excellent food amazing views detailed attention

I found a junior suite fantastic. It was spacious and very comfortable. the sliding patio doors to the balcony were huge! the food was excellent, and the staff showed great attention to detail. the location, high up on the coast, provided amazing views.

my bedroom overlooked the car park, it was a big shame!

The hotel includes an excellent spa pool. there is also a nice lounge . i had a fantastic massage and the experience was so comfortable. I felt very relaxed using the amenities.

Mixed Experience due to Maintenance Issues

The location of the hotel was acceptable and provided some nice views.

The room showed signs of neglect I noticed water stains on the curtains in the sitting area and a section of the curtain was detached from the track I also found a swimming pool fob in the pocket of a bathrobe indicating it had not been properly cleaned The outdoor pool had algae in the corners and debris on the steps. The indoor pool had dead plants and a layer of dust beneath a table.

Wonderful Coastal Retreat

amazing location nice touch cute staff

I found the location amazing. The room upgrade for my partner's birthday was SUCH a nice touch. The staff were cute, and they were pretty good too meet our needs. Everything in the room seemed well thought out (I especially liked the fluffy towels!).

The background music in public areas played all day, and it was sometimes a little irritating.

I was quite let down by several things . the room needed better attention. i noticed rusty furniture alongside quite a few cobwebs outside. the outdoor pool was far colder than the stated temperature. It felt closer to 10 degrees than 28.
