The breakfast was generous and had a good variety. the staff were very helpful. I appreciated their quick responses to my questions.
my room was boiling hot and lacked air conditioning. i had to open the window, but the main road noise made it difficult to sleep

Acceptable but with drawbacks

the hotel offered free parking and a location within walking distance of the city centre.
i found i had to pay on arrival and was initially denied a room viewing i thought this policy was rather inflexible the room was also too warm and opening the windows introduced considerable traffic noise.

the room was clean. i found the service friendly.
The tea and coffee were very basic. the room was too hot, i couldn't open the blind without losing privacy as the window faced the car park, it was really disappointing. breakfast was poor and served cold. My sausage wasn't fully cooked.

good staff contactbroken wall mountingsnapped blind cord
the room was super clean. check-in and staff contact was really good. lots of parking existed at the rear.
the cord for the window blind snapped open at a join. it was too high for me to repair, so i was in blackout from the evening onwards. the shower had to be handheld as the wall mounting was broken. both problems could easily be remedied.
