the grounds had Beautiful views and seemed well maintained.
the pasta dish i had was swimming in oil and tasted awful, it REALLY disappointed me. i found the prices high for the food quality, it makes me question if i would eat at restaurant again. the breakfast was a simple ham sandwich.

Decent Stay Overall

fine groundsclean roomattentive staffsmall roomcareworn roomlimited space
We found the grounds fine upon arrival. Our room was very super clean and cozy and we enjoyed sitting out on the deck.. The staff were all very attentive and friendly. We had a very nice dinner and also an excellent breakfast the next morning.
The room in the hotel was just too small even though it was billed as a classic double. It was also in need of a complete overhaul and modernisation and felt careworn. We struggled to work round each other in the limited space. In particular, it needed a new bath and to lose the shower curtain, the radiator burns your leg on the loo as space is so limited.
