Reception staff were so kind. The breakfast offered a good selection. Parking was free and easily accessible. I appreciated the staff at the bar. They had great information.

I chose this spot because it is perfect as a stop when heading to cornwall. the contemporary decor inside is so nice, and the rooms are very comfortable!!! the modern shower room was great. i especially loved the great buffet breakfast. There were many choices available, and the excellent croissants and pain au chocolat were a bonus. i enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, but the water temperature might be too warm for some.

My stay had a couple of hiccups. the gym attendant acted rudely and wasn't cute at all, a letdown after a long drive. also, the room looked a bit old. The carpets were peeling away from the walls!

the hotel room was a good size , just what i needed.

the bathroom was not clean. I found hair in the shower and around the sink. the noise from the nearby motorway kept me awake for a good portion of the night. i also requested a wake-up call that never came , so i nearly missed my meeting.

the breakfast had great choices. the staff seemed helpful. the room was nice and neat. the tv included netflix, disney+, and prime. i slept well. it was good to know fitness facilities were available.

i think the sofa bed needs urgent attention as it was uncomfortable. springs were sticking out. the limited menu made it difficult for my family, as they had run out of stock for some food.
