the location was convenient. the hotel had a nice garden at the rear.
room 17's heating was broken (it was stuck on full blast). i had to move to another room needing a good clean. the menu had also changed, which reduced my choices.

Charming Stay Near Local Attractions

easy parkingfriendly receptionisthistorical sitebroken phone
parking proved easy, a great convenience for exploring the area. the receptionist kelsey was very friendly and helpful, offering local tips. the hotel's location near the roman museum allowed easy access to historical sites. i found this placement beneficial.
The old rotating dial phone in the room was broken. It could not be used to contact room service. this caused some inconvenience when i wanted to place an order from my room. it required a trip to the reception area.
Facilities

the hotel provided ample free parking, a definite advantage with vehicles. the location is opposite the roman museum and close to the baths and amphitheatre, a plus for sightseeing, i noted.

onsite parkingservice system
the hotel provides plentiful on-site parking the location is also very convenient in town. the customer service systems work well for both pre-check-in and check-in procedures. pre check-in and check in are great but the little bits of human interaction are special
room four faces the street and the outside restaurant it was noisy very late on a saturday night

A good stay

friendly staffpretty groundexcellent fooddark roomlow bedloud music
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has pretty grounds.. The hotel is situated well, and the town is quaint. The hotel restaurant provided high-quality and excellent food.
The room was dark and the bed was low. It was hard to get up out of bed. The bar area was also very dark and the music was too loud to have a conversation. I almost got scalded in the shower.
