Breakfast had multiple options (smoked salmon was available). The location is a short walk to the castle. Parking is available right next to the building. The staff responded quickly to my requests.

The recorded music downstairs went on in the evening. It was difficult to sleep before 11.

helpful staff excellent location easy parking great food

the staff were very helpful. i found the location excellent for visiting nearby attractions. the town was a short walk away. easy parking was available right next to the building. the breakfast had a great food choice.

The floor sloped slightly. It was not a major issue, but noticeable.

acceptable stay with some issues

traffic noise inconsistent breakfast

the room i had faced the street. traffic noise was noticeable even late into the night. i also found the breakfast service to be inconsistent. one morning, the vegetarian sausages were bland and the butter was melted. the next day, the black pudding was overcooked. these inconsistencies detracted from an otherwise acceptable stay.
