dirty floorsslow service
The eating area seemed a bit neglected. i noticed bits of leftover food and glitter on the floors. It seemed like they hadn't vacuumed after a party. also, the service was a little slow. it wasn't busy, but the staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves. my steak was tough and tasted like cardboard!!!

overcooked eggsundercooked bacon
the breakfast service left much to be desired. i had specifically asked for runny fried eggs, only to receive them hard and overcooked (twice!). the bacon also had a concerning amount of white, undercooked fat. it seems a genuine customer focus is lacking here, a real shame.
