The check-in process lacked any real warmth. The lady didn't even look at me (just said 'checking in? '). The food was honestly not great. I had a burger and it was bland. Staff seemed too busy to ask if i needed anything, disappointing.

Really good Stay Near the Airport!

The staff provided a very warm welcome upon arrival. The room was immaculate and comfortable, I enjoyed this a lot. The bar was busy at 16:30, but the service remained amazing, everyone polite and friendly. I thought the steaks were cooked to perfection, the meals were really lovely!!!

The water pressure fluctuated slightly during peak hours.

The Sunday lunch featured huge portions with plentiful beef, roast potatoes, and vegetables. A Yorkshire pudding accompanied my meal. My son chose the chicken burger, it was huge as well!!!

the room was clean and spacious i found the bar manager informative and helpful the breakfast was really great. the hotel is very close to bristol airport , made my travel easy. i will definitely return and recommend it.

the walls were paper thin i could hear everything from the neighboring rooms.

I had expected a quiet evening. Instead traffic noise persisted throughout the night. The staff started sweeping the floor close to my table before 9 PM. It seemed like they wanted me to leave, so I left early and skipped a second drink.

The staff was friendly and efficient, a quality I always appreciate.

The room was smaller than I anticipated. The constant noise from the nearby road made sleep difficult. Soundproofing seems inadequate. (I was hoping for a quieter environment.)
