The bedroom was beautiful. The staff helped me a lot with parking. i found the room clean, with great facilities. breakfast included many choices. bucks fizz with fresh orange juice! the gardens at the back provided a useful space. It was all very nice.

the price seemed too high for the room quality. the bed felt uncomfortable, and it was hard to sleep well.

The staff were very helpful. they met me with open umbrellas as soon as i stepped out of the car. I did not get wet. breakfast was superb. Poached eggs were the best i have ever had at a hotel. on-site parking was great.

I stayed in the family room, in the basement. it was very noisy as it was right under the dining room. the towels were not replenished . On the last day, we only had one towel for two and no shower mat. coffee tasted like water.

My room was a beautiful king double room park view, and it had a great layout. i loved the bathroom. It was spacious and recently renovated. the location was convenient. a short walk got me to pulteney bridge in just five minutes. the hotel staff were friendly and willing to help me with everything.

the parking fee was a bit extra, at twenty pounds each day.

The afternoon tea included various teas and treats. Scones were warm and the jam tasted homemade. The staff explained the teas and the room had a nice vibe. The room featured a large pull out TV and a huge Dyson Fan. The drench shower also stood out.

the hotel room was quite warm it had a poorly insulated heating chimney next to the bathroom wall the tiles were hot i left the window open on a cool evening but i did not sleep well the breakfast was also disappointing the meals were slow the food was lukewarm and the toast was burnt
