friendly staff original features welcome box snotty eggs extra charges small car park
The hotel staff were great. our room had original features, a stylish decor, and ample space. i particularly appreciated the welcome box provided for our dogs. It was a thoughtful touch.
the breakfast was disappointing. the eggs had a snotty texture, and the bacon was hard for the price of £13.50. i also observed extra charges for tea or coffee, priced at £4 per person. parking was difficult because there were no available spaces in the small car park, so i had to pay for public parking.

our assigned room was like a letdown it was quite small and located directly above the noisy outdoor bar area. the outdoor space itself needed better upkeep i noticed the floor was stained and dirty with leftover food and drink. i believe a thorough cleaning would significantly improve the area. the hotel is ok but those issues bothered me a lot
