uneven experience at this hotel

poor breakfastgreasy breakfast
The breakfast service disappointed me. the staff seemed underprepared for the morning rush. It took a long time to get served. also, my cooked breakfast had too much grease on it. It wasn't very appetizing first thing. finding loose sugar for my cereal proved difficult. I had to use coffee sugar cubes.
