faulty remotedifficult parking
the television remote did not work properly. a staff member acknowledged the problem yet did not resolve it . also, i found parking difficult, as i had to execute an almost fifty-point turn due to numerous non-guest vehicles blocking the car park. explaining the parking issue to the staff proved challenging as they looked new to the role.
