the room, a classic double room, looked alright at first glance. but the cleaning was a bit poor. i noticed dust on some lamps and tables. it seems the housekeeping isn't doing a great job.

The location was ideal. the room had a lovely canal view. the breakfast offered excellent coffee. I found this very satisfying.

the carpets were quite stained, which detracted from the overall impression. i saw mould growing in the bathroom corners, which i didn't appreciate. the outdoor seating area had moss balls.

Check-in was efficient. The evening meal proved really good. I appreciated the cleanliness of both the room and the entire pub. The food was fresh, very tasty, and presented well, and I look forward to returning soon.

I found the QR code on the tables inconvenient. It did not lead to a direct ordering system. Navigating the menus required extra clicks, which complicated the dining experience a bit. I wish the fairy lights in the outdoor garden stayed on later as it cut the evening short

The location is good. The train station is nearby. Short drives to neighboring towns are possible. The surrounding grounds are quite pretty and add to the setting.

The pub itself is well laid out. It is clean and also decorated nicely. There is a beautiful outside seating area with a garden. I appreciated this aspect of the venue.
