my room featured a nespresso machine. chilled water was available in the mini bar and fresh milk was there TOO!

some issues to note

the location was convenient for getting around, i will give them that.
the cups in my room wasn't clean, which wasn't ideal considering the price. being on the ground floor meant a lot of noise all night long, from lobby conversations to people on the stairs. the limited amount of nespresso pods feels a bit stingy too.

I found the location very convenient, it has only a short walk to the city center. The staff was friendly and helpful at check-in and throughout my stay. The room had quality organic toiletries in the bathroom. I enjoyed the nespresso machine, it makes good coffee.
The minibar prices seemed high.

the breakfast hamper delivered to the door was acceptable.
i found the numerous rules in the room a bit much (reminded me of being back at school). paying extra for parking, on top of the room rate, seemed like unnecessary nickel-and-diming. a later checkout time should be standard.

A Good Hotel with Minor Drawbacks

I loved the room decor! Everything felt so cozy, and there were small details like a vintage style radio. It played light classics when I walked in. The staff handled queries promptly. They were professional and constructive.
The room was a bit too warm during the night, even when I turned the heating off. I didn't sleep very well. The room was also noisy. I think, for what you pay, a hot breakfast should be included.

Acceptable Stay with Issues

The breakfast was lovely. It looked in a basket hung on the door. The staff were friendly and helpful during check-in. They also gave me clear instructions for parking.
The room was on the first floor. I could hear a boiler going on and off all night. This really interrupted my sleep, even when I used the ear plugs. The hotel did not provide any assistance with this noise problem.
