I had a really good size room with a huge bed and a view of the racecourse! the staff were really friendly! the food was excellent, i ate at the hotel. The meal was nice both evening and at breakfast? the location is ideal for visiting bath as it is close to a park and ride.

The walls are quite thin, so you can hear people next door. if you have pets, there is quite a lot of noise they may be alerted to.

i found the location very convenient, especially with the park and ride facility nearby. the bus journey to the city centre was quick. the staff displayed genuine friendliness and delivered excellent service. the wet room proved particularly useful, and i appreciated the hotel being all on one level.

i noticed only a faint sewer smell coming from the bathroom sink plug hole, noticeable upon entering the bathroom, but not too bad with the door closed.

The staff provided free parking which was very convenient. i loved how close it was to the park and ride into bath. It was a short walk. my room offered ample storage for my belongings! the location was very quiet at night.

The room was very quiet and the bed was REALLY comfortable, so I slept well. The bathroom was very clean. Everything was fully functional. Parking was EASY too. This.

The walls were a little thin. I could hear neighbors talking. I also heard the tv in the other room AS WELL AS the toilet flushing.

The location is great and right next to the racecourse. A public footpath allowed for a wonderful evening walk. There is a park and ride into the city center that is just five minutes away.

the room had a lovely country feel. it had everything we needed. beds were comfy, and breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. we had a meal there on our first night, food was delicious and so was the wine!!!

the rooms could have been cleaner. also, the walls are quite thin so you can hear people next door. there is quite a lot of noise pets may be alerted too. it was not a HUGE deal but it did bother me.

the courtyard location provided a peaceful setting. staff displayed really good friendliness and eagerness to assist. our room featured ample space and a convenient ground-level location, with easy access. a dedicated shelf in the large bathroom accommodated our wash bags effectively.

The walls seemed thin, i could occasionally hear conversations from adjacent rooms. This was only a minor disturbance.
