Every staff member was genuinely helpful! The breakfast and evening meals offered good value. The village location is quiet and pleasant. I enjoyed a walk. The food selection had amazing views.
The room had a smell. The plug didn't fit the jacuzzi bath.

the room featured a enormous comfortable bed. it also had a big open wardrobe and i found that very convenient. the steak night offer was great with tasty chips. breakfast was fab, i enjoyed the smoked salmon.
the hotel had a christmas works do. i wasnt warned that the music would be too loud. we were all kept up most of the evening.

The beautiful family room offered ample space for luggage. The room featured modern decor with comfortable furnishings. I found the bathroom clean with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries (everything you need!).
The tv remote was missing from the room.

I booked a beautiful double room. It was very spacious and modern. breakfast was excellent. i particularly appreciated the rainfall shower. It was great after a long day of travel.
the fire alarm activated unexpectedly at 4:15 am. no staff was available on site during the night. it would have been nice to receive an apology or a later checkout.

the room had a large walk in rain shower. it also featured a large jacuzzi bath and fluffy towels. there was a machine for hot water and coffee.
i noticed cobwebs and dust on the posts of the bed.
