The abbey grounds and building are beautiful. All staff members were fantastic and quite helpful. They helped me arrange an early breakfast via room service, and it was very good. The double bed was very comfortable.

I thought there may have been a small cake and candle, as it was a special occasion. The cost for two wines with a lemonade dash was extremley priced. The website does not include details about the facilities that are available.

My stay wasn't great. The promised gym was nowhere to be found. I felt mislead because the website advertised a gym but there was no gym here. the hotel bar was closed during the week, so I had to find another place for a drink. This was irritating. It's like, why advertise amenities that aren't available?
