room issues and disappointing food
thin walls burnt batter
the room was clean, a relief.
The shower filled up quickly, i could not take a shower right after the other person. the walls were so thin that i could hear everything happening next door, especially toilet activity. it was also very noisy with doors slamming constantly. the food was not good. My fish and chips were mostly batter and burnt, and the ribeye was undercooked.

soft lighting relaxing music comfortable bed
the room had complimentary drinks upon arrival , and the bedroom was beautifully decorated. the bed was large and comfortable , music was relaxing, and lighting was soft. breakfast had a great choice and the food was delicious.
the main window could not be opened more than three inches , so the room could not be easily ventilated.

freshly baked cookies gluten-free needs menu adaptation loud kitchen fans limited window opening bbq issue
My room was a Superior Double Room. The room included freshly baked cookies upon arrival, a nice touch. The food was AMAZING!!! I was able to adapt the menu for my gluten-free needs.
The main window in my room could not be opened much. The kitchen fans were loud and ran all night. I mentioned it to the staff, but they said the fans are on all night because of the BBQ.
