I really liked the comfortable bed. It ensured i slept well. the staff were friendly and efficient. I didn't have to wait for assistance. the room featured a complimentary drink. I felt welcomed upon arrival.
The main window could not be opened more than three inches. It was difficult to ventilate the room sufficiently.

the breakfast included delicious scrambled eggs the staff were polite i found the decor beautiful. the room included a dab radio i appreciated this welcome detail. the food was great i savored every bite and the service was really excellent.
the bed was somewhat firm for my liking i prefer something softer.

the room was clean, a relief.
The shower filled up quickly, i could not take a shower right after the other person. the walls were so thin that i could hear everything happening next door, especially toilet activity. it was also very noisy with doors slamming constantly. the food was not good. My fish and chips were mostly batter and burnt, and the ribeye was undercooked.

My room was a Superior Double Room. The room included freshly baked cookies upon arrival, a nice touch. The food was AMAZING!!! I was able to adapt the menu for my gluten-free needs.
The main window in my room could not be opened much. The kitchen fans were loud and ran all night. I mentioned it to the staff, but they said the fans are on all night because of the BBQ.
