nice wedding celebration

The venue provided an excellent service for the wedding. rachel, the wedding planner, guided us through changes due to rain. This was very reassuring. as the mother of the bride, i appreciated the kindness and care in keeping the bride calm and her dress super clean. guests often commented on the beautiful venue and amazing food!

the wi-fi signal was difficult to get.

some issues noted.

dirty wallsunresponsive staff

The room i had was not clean enough. dust was visible on surfaces and the walls had marks. wallpaper on the ceiling was peeling. i also found the staff mostly unresponsive, especially a middle-aged man at check-in who lacked people skills. Many younger staff members were constantly on their phones. i asked about fans due to the heat but received conflicting information and had to ask repeatedly to finally get one.

beautiful groundskind staff

i attended a wedding here this year in april. it was very nice i chose this venue for the beautiful grounds. the staff were attentive and kind too.

the room was not very clean i saw dust on some surfaces.
