the food was acceptable (i didn't have any issues with it).

My room was not properly cleaned before my arrival. i found long black hair everywhere, pretty gross. also, the shower was missing shower gel and shampoo. It was like the bare minimum was not met. it was annoying to deal with these things so early in the stay.

The hotel felt somewhat outdated. It needs some refurbishment. The restaurant had limited dinner options. Only room service was available, something I found inadequate. Food choices were not abundant either. I felt let down.
