the room was very clean and cosy with coffee and tea making facilities i used. the bathroom was also clean and a fair size. the staff welcome was lovely upon checking into the pub. beer was very nice and the meal i had was delicious.

the hot water wasn't very hot in the room i was in.

My room had a noticeable damp smell. The mattress felt quite old (I think it needs replacing soon). The bathroom was also small, and the toilet seat was not properly fitted.
