lovely short stay

clean room tea facilities friendly staff delicious meal

the room was very clean and cosy with coffee and tea making facilities i used. the bathroom was also clean and a fair size. the staff welcome was lovely upon checking into the pub. beer was very nice and the meal i had was delicious.

the hot water wasn't very hot in the room i was in.

the staff proved cute and very helpful. the food preparation was basic but quite tasty. the dining area was comfortable! though the bar was small.

The lack of a cleaner meant i needed to request more tea and coffee. This was a minor inconvenience.

damp smell old mattress

The accommodation was spacious and comfortable.

My room had a noticeable damp smell. The mattress felt quite old (I think it needs replacing soon). The bathroom was also small, and the toilet seat was not properly fitted.

the staff were very friendly and helpful . the breakfast included a good selection of items. i used the swimming pool it was a great amenity. the parking was easy and convenient directly at the accommodation.

the evening menu had a limited selection i would have liked more salad options.
