Truly Excellent Service

I came to the hotel and the staff was amazing. Demi Featherstone at reception greeted me with an infectious smile , and the restaurant and bar staff were pleasant. Alanna, Niamh, Cody , and Emma were courteous and seemed happy to be part of this team. The premium room was spacious and clean. I found a safe , a refrigerator, a TV. tea and coffee with chocolate and crisps. The balcony had chairs for sitting outside. The bathroom had a good shower with hot water and good water pressure.

The hotel is straight off the motorway and easy to find. There is plenty of parking , but it does fill up at times. A lower car park provides more parking.

There was plenty of choice for breakfast. The cooked breakfast was nice and fresh , with a chef there to make fresh eggs as requested. The curry was sensational in the restaurant.

I found the staff very cute on arrival I also appreciated the convenient location near the motorway Access to activities was easy due to the proximity I liked that there was plenty of parking available. Breakfast after New Year's Eve was great and the big bed was very nice. I was kindly granted a late checkout.
I thought the gym was pretty small for such a large hotel and the equipment looked a little dated

the swimming pool was a good amenity, and i was able to use it without issues.
my room was not very clean on arrival. i found hairs in the bathroom and dust on the furniture. also, the bar was understaffed, so i had a long wait for a simple coffee. this happened each time i visited the bar.

the key cards worked only 50% of the time which was a minor inconvenience.

The staff was friendly and professional. I found the room spacious and well-supplied with tea and coffee. A mini fridge held several drinks and crisps (it was a lovely touch). The bathroom had separate conditioner, shampoo, and body wash.
I found the breakfast appalling. The quality and organization were poor. There was a 20 minute wait for eggs and no coffee.
