perfect location effective soundproofing many restaurants helpful staff

The location was excellent, a short walk from the train station. The room had soundproofing, blocking street noise effectively. I found several cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff were nice during check in and check out.

The key card failed to work once, requiring a quick return to reception.

the room included a plasma screen tv with smart features and netflix access i also appreciated the fully kitted out kitchen it was very convenient to have milk in the fridge as well as tea and coffee.

spacious room full kitchen easy access missing shopping bag unhelpful staff no solution

The room was quite spacious. It included a FULL kitchen, which I found useful. The location was also AMAZING!!! It allowed easy access to planned activities.

A shopping bag disappeared from my room. It contained newly bought items. Staff were not helpful and stated nothing could be done. NO police were called.
