I found the breakfast staff super friendly! alpesh especially was really cute. He. also, the night staff was excellent too.

my debit card caused a problem! i couldn't get a drink or an evening meal. the hotel didn't accept my £100 cash or a charge to my room, even asking them to call my wife for her card details didn't work.

I found the staff particularly helpful throughout my stay. i had breakfast each day, and it was great with a good choice. jayne was particularly helpful and helped me with various questions. Nothing was too much trouble for her.

i couldn't get an extra late check out for even one hour so i was a little disappointed there.

the food was lovely, and the two courses for £20 offered good value. i ordered off the menu to take to my room. the lady behind the bar was very nice and helpful.

staff were so polite and any requests i had were dealt with quickly. hannah greeted me at check in and provided helpful information. alpesh greeted me with a fabulous smile at breakfast and asked me about my allergy info.

the hotel room was so lovely (i enjoyed the space!). usb sockets were a bonus. the bathroom had been newly decorated and renovated with a walk on shower. i found the room to be very clean.
