Really good Wedding Experience

i attended a wedding, and the accessibility was excellent. a ramp at the rear by the car park allowed easy wheelchair navigation, and automatic doors added convenience. the restroom was also easily accessible, and the ballroom featured step-free entry. the staff, especially bernard, were superb and helpful.
i had firmer pillows delivered quickly , but i observed that the tap in the bathroom was loose, and the toilet seat was not securely fastened. this small maintenance issue slightly detracted from the otherwise excellent room.

the breakfast offered plenty of choice, including both buffet and a la carte options , all included in the price. the food was hot , nicely presented and of good value for money , especially considering the portion sizes.

I found the location very convenient. the bistro provided excellent food for both lunch and breakfast. I appreciated the quality. the staff were amazing.
the function room noise was quite noticeable. it impacted the room's peacefulness during an event, especially when located nearby. i hope this can be addressed to improve the experience.

the location was acceptable , directly on the sea front.
my room was unbearably hot , without air conditioning , and the window was jammed shut by scaffolding. the view was unattractive , overlooking something dirty , and parking was unavailable upon arrival. breakfast one morning seemed to have been left on a hotplate for quite some time.

the car parking is TOO small for the hotel size. the hotel has many functions and the noise level was unacceptable in Rooms. I felt the need to stay out till the functions ended.

The breakfast was a real highlight. I thought food was fresh, tasty and very well presented. The restaurant staff were attentive and kind.
My room was somewhat tired. I noticed an iron mark on the carpet, and the base that held the sink up was wobbly, though the water pressure was excellent.

The room lacked expected amenities for a hotel of this supposed caliber. There was no fridge, safe, or shaving mirror available. I also expected a king bed, but received something smaller. It's a detail that matters.
