The bathroom was modern and lovely. The staff were great and friendly. I found the location excellent.

The shower flooded. every time I used it. Hairs were under the sheet. I felt the zip, so I hardly slept.

amazing shower gluten-free muffins

The room had a clean and renovated feel (i liked the fresh style). The shower was amazing. Breakfast included muffins suitable for gluten-free diets, which i appreciated.

The decor seemed very bland to me, as there wasn't much color in the room. I noticed no pictures or soft furnishings. The accessible room allocated to us was huge but lacked chairs.

the location was central. the staff provided complimentary coffee and warm pastries each morning, a definite plus (i especially liked the croissants). the room was spacious, i found that to be very comfortable. the bathroom was also a good size.

the view from my room wasn't amazing, it overlooked a service area.

A Generally Acceptable Stay

great location helpful staff super clean bathroom bland decor noisy lift unattractive view

The location of the hotel is definitely a plus. Check-in was quick, and the staff agreed to store my bags until I could get to my room. The room was both spacious and modern. The bathroom was super clean.

The room's decor lacked any colour. There were no pictures or soft furnishings at all. My room was next to the lift shaft, so it was noisy throughout the night. The view was not attractive, showing pipes and the back of buildings.
