The main door was open with a night porter on duty who informed us we couldn't access our room from the stairs above him.

the bar service was slow one evening. it took longer than expected to receive my order. this happened despite the restaurant not being particularly busy.

i experienced a significant delay when checking in i stood at the reception desk for twenty minutes after pressing the buzzer repeatedly. the team leader eventually checked me in after i called him over
