the breakfast was lovely, with a good selection of items available (i especially liked the fresh fruit). i treated myself to a massage at the spa, and the therapist was excellent. the hotel staff were helpful throughout my stay, addressing all my questions and requests promptly.
The tv in my room had limited channel options. More variety would have been appreciated.

the staff was genuinely attentive, ensuring i had everything i needed (even at odd hours). i particularly enjoyed the spaciousness of the room, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable and provided a restful sleep after a long day.

the room i had was quite spacious. the gym was a good size and had decent equipment. breakfast was quite good and the onsite restaurant provided good food.
the shower was not great and the bed felt quite hard. i did not see a usb port in the room. the toiletries provided were not good at all.
