i had a large, clean room with a comfortable bed! the staff were very helpful. the location was close to various shops. i appreciated the convenience of having a bar downstairs.

the room was spacious. extra pillows were available if i wanted them. breakfast was excellent, and the service was cheerful (it really set the tone for the day!). the receptionist offered to change my room from an upstairs one to a ground floor one when she saw my age. this saved carrying the cases up the stairs.
spare pillows had dust on them, so i couldn't use them.

the bar staff were excellent, always quick with a drink. i found the room super clean with a shower operating perfectly. breakfast included a good choice, i tried several items. the hotel location proves convenient, positioned just off the motorway.
A slight wait occurred before being admitted, since reception was unmanned upon my arrival. the issue resolved quickly after a phone call.

clean roommissing remotefluctuating temperature
the room was clean. (that's a low bar, but they cleared it).
the tv remote was missing. i had to call reception twice before someone brought one up. then, the shower temperature fluctuated wildly between scalding hot and freezing cold (i almost burned myself).
