I found the gym spacious. It included plenty of machines. the staff, from check-in to restaurant service, displayed pleasant smiles and helpful attitudes. the hotel also had a fabulous pool. The bar food was excellent. i appreciated the relaxed atmosphere and the lakeside location. It was a real plus.

This family hotel is really nice, the staff exists to assist guests. The grounds feature a playground for kids, I found a shop selling treats and drinks. The pool looks awesome. The room had a comfortable bed and modern furniture, I rested well. The restaurant offers many options, I ate tasty meals. I liked this hotel.
My room had slight noise coming in from the hallway. I think I heard the ice machine.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and cheerful. spa treatments were really relaxing and the staff in the spa were very kind. the pool and jacuzzi were great too.
the room looked out onto flat roofs, pipes and the back of a derelict building it was also cramped.

a romantic escape
excellent communicationpeaceful gardenconnecting path
the communication prior to arrival was excellent, ensuring all my needs were met. the room was very clean, and the decor nice and modern. i loved the little garden walk to the jetty, it felt peaceful. i also loved the lakeside walk, where there was plenty of outside seating for me to enjoy the scenery.
The lakeside walk and jetty walk were dead-ends. I would love to see a forest walk or boardwalk around the lake, perhaps linking to the premises next door. a connecting path would certainly enhance the experience.
